At Revelry Cakes & Desserts, each cake is handcrafted and customized to meet your specific requirements. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.
1. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed, as we begin the preparation process immediately.
- Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at 9090116565 at least 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in preparing and packaging our cakes. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please follow these steps:
✔ Report the issue immediately upon delivery or pickup.
✔ Provide clear photos of the product and the issue.
✔ We will review the case and may offer a store credit or replacement at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized cakes and desserts
- Any orders that were approved upon pickup or delivery
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
4. Delivery & Responsibility
Once the cake has been picked up or delivered, Revelry Cakes & Desserts is not responsible for any damage caused due to mishandling, transportation, or improper storage. Please ensure your cake is kept in a cool environment and handled with care.
