Welcome to Revelry Cakes & Desserts! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Orders & Customization

  • All our cakes and desserts are made to order and customized as per customer requests.
  • Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
  • Custom design requests are subject to feasibility, and minor variations from reference images may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for complex designs, custom decorations, or special requests.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • As cakes are perishable and customized, we do not offer refunds unless there is a mistake from our end.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon delivery or pickup.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • We offer delivery within a 5 km radius of our store in Wakad, Pune.
  • Delivery charges may apply and are subject to change.
  • Once the cake has been delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for any damage due to mishandling or improper storage.

6. Allergies & Ingredients

  • Our cakes may contain allergens like dairy, nuts, eggs, gluten, and food coloring.
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions. Customers are advised to check with us before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are the property of Revelry Cakes & Desserts.
  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our designs for commercial purposes without permission.
